Avfuel contracted locations now have convenience through seamless invoice management. By selecting the "Avfuel Pro Card" or Avfuel Contract Fuel Card from the Payment Method dropdown, customers can effortlessly direct invoices to the contract tab, simplifying the transaction process. Additionally, non-fuel items can be conveniently charged to any Avfuel card without additional fees to the card holders.
FLEXIBLE RETAIL PRICING WITH AVFUEL PRO CARD
Unlock the flexibility of the Avfuel Pro Card for retail-priced transactions, such as CAA or special Hangar tenant pricing. Simply choose a non-fuel-related "Promotion Code" to override the contract fuel price.
EFFORTLESS AVTRIP POINTS MANAGEMENT
Empower your team with AVTRIP point allocation. X-1 administrators can grant specific staff permissions to reward AVTRIP points directly from invoices, streamlining the process. Whether it's tail number, product, or gallons, AVTRIP points are issued swiftly and accurately. Additionally, standalone points can be awarded at any time, based on product, bonuses, or promotions.
Bonus info for FBO Managers: You can limit the amount of bonus points per gallon users can award. The points value set up on this section will prevent users from entering a different number when awarding points through the invoice or stand-alone rewards.
ADDITIONAL LOOKUP FEATURE
Has a client misplaced their Avfuel card or AVTRIP number? No problem! X-1FBO now integrates with Avfuel's database. Utilize the 'Lookup' feature to swiftly retrieve accounts and reward numbers.
